Designation: Automation Test Engineer

Job Location: Pune

Experience Range: 2-4 yrs

Timings of work: Flexible to work in any shifts

The Automation Expert is responsible for Automation implementation using automation testing tools; leading processes E2E from the planning, design, development into execution, work very close with the customer (internal/external). The Automation testing process is ongoing & tight communication with other teams related to the task.

Glimpse of Responsibilities and Abilities • Work with manual testing team on the automation scope and implementation • Checking the test environment readiness • Executing, tracking and reporting on the automated tests development and execution; • Analyzing the results and publish automation weekly dashboard • Using a modular approach, creates scripts based on function/logic and develops common library functions • Performs script maintenance and updates due to changes in requirements or implementations • Performs root cause analysis of test issues • Assist group in setting automation standards and guidelines for development • Ensures that automation milestones and deliverables are met

Must have • Overall 2+ years of Automation experience (Max exp is 4 yrs) • 1-2 years of Overall Automation Overview (Awareness of automation methodologies), tools (Selenium, UFT/QTP, TOSCA, Perfecto Mobile or any other automation tool) • 1-2 years experience in combinations of: VBS/VB/.NET/Java/C#/Python/Perl/Shell (At least two with proved experience) • Out of this, 1+ years SQL experience • 1+ years of Unix experience • Agile methodology, DevOps will give extra advantage.
