We are looking for a highly motivated Banking Sales Officerto join our dynamic team at (Your Bank Here), India’s leading bank. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in driving branch growth and customer satisfaction by providing exceptional financial solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for a variety of retail banking products, including CASA (Current Savings Accounts), Term Deposits, Loans (Auto, Personal, etc.), and Wealth Management solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their financial needs and recommending tailored products and services.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and positive banking experience.
  • Achieve and maintain KYC/AML compliance in all customer interactions.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative branch work environment.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail banking sales or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of retail banking products and services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
