o Responsible for end to end Billing process

o Attending phone calls from customers/clients

o Taking orders from customers over phone

o Making outbound calls to hospitals for fresh orders

o Preparing invoices / Bills

o Placing fresh order for medicine purchase

o Maintaining Purchase orders and filing

o Maintaining files of purchase copies

o Providing stock and sales report to company personnel

o Highlighting Billing related issues on timely basis to concerned authorities
Manage priority wise Bill Submission.

o Bill submission along with all compliance Documents.

o POD update in Expert.

o Prepare Arrears Bill as per Rate Revision.

o Customer Interaction and Customer follow up.

o Resolving client queries by Mail and Personal visits.

Collection follow-ups with Client
