Overall Job Objective (Purpose)
Role: Leader for the Branch work processes. Single point of contact at the Branch.
Responsibility: The Branch Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of multi-functional work processes at the branch. He is responsible for ensuring the functioning of Daily Work Processes. Is responsible for identifying opportunities areas in the multi-functional work processes (Logistics, finance, HR & IT, interfacing work processes with Re-sale) and develop & lead implementation of processes. This role involves providing ongoing coaching/ training support to System operator, Logistic Officer, Cashiers, Delivery staff, helpers etc..
REQUIREMENTS: Education: Graduate in any discipline. Working knowledge of computers
Experience: About 1.5 - 2 years of work experience in the area of Logistics OR Administration OR Accounting OR Customer service Language: Ability to Read, Write & Speak English & Fluency in local language Key Criteria: Persuasive Communication skills, Strong Leadership (esp. influencing skills)skills, Ability to work with diverse people and exceptional maturity levels
SALARY : 11000 - 11500 In-hand
