Job Role: Business Analyst
Eligibility: Any Graduate or Post Graduate
Date of Joining - Immediate/ 15 days preferable
Shifts - Rotational - a) 3PM - 7 PM b) 7 PM - 4AM c) 8PM - 5AM
Work Exp: 0 - 18 months
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off
Job Type: Full time(Work from Home, have to join office afterward)

Selection process:

Assignment (Those who clear the HR Round)
Interview with process manager - Final round

Responsibilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Coordinating between Onshore & Offshore team
  • Engaged in handling calls of Enterprise & different business units (Internal & External)
  • Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality.
  • Strong administrative skills: organized, efficient, and versatile.
  • You will be responsible to drive the projects to completion in an end-to-end manner.
  • You will lead daily team calls/meetings, take notes, MOM, assign tasks to the right people, manage/track tasks, monitor the progress of the project, and work closely with the team to clarify any missing/implicit requirements definition and ensure that blockers are cleared on a daily basis.
  • You are expected to be a self-starter in organizing meeting/calls with the respective cross-functional teams or stakeholders to ensure that the implementation project is not affected in terms of time and scope beyond thresholds
  • You will be working on defining requirements, helping in creating and designing wireframes and Prototypes.
  • You will help in Project planning and estimation, creating timelines for the tasks, and ensure timely closure of the assigned tasks.
  • You must have strong Communication Skills & presentation skills for interacting with stakeholders and Peers
  • Strong Analytical skills with a solution-orientated approach.
  • Ability to take the concept to reality, including some technical & functional challenges.
