Elevate is recruiting a Business Analyst to join our Technology team. We provide consulting, technology, and services to law departments and law firms, offering practical ways to improve efficiency, quality, and business outcomes. Responsibilities & Qualifications

Specifically, you will

• Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs.
• Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up to date on project results.
• Stay current with customer needs and strategies, utilizing formal and informal written communication methods.
• Lead or participate in projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing customer and supplier relationships.
• Identify, create, and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level;
• Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
• Interacting with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to comprehend their requirements.
• Gathering, documenting, and analyzing various business requirements
• Resolving business problems through technical-based solutions
• Documenting functional and technical designs of business systems
• Interacting with system developers and architects for enhanced operational effectivity
• Testing the system and generating system documentations, user manuals, etc.
  
  

Technical Skills:

• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Knowledge of and experience in Agile, SDLC.
• Gather & document business requirements using tools like interviews, workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, etc.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft O-365. Knowledge of MS Projects, and BI tools would be an added advantage.

Experience

• 5-7 years minimum of working in analysis, data mining or information related fields.
• Knowledge about PMI, Six-sigma etc will be added advantage.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology or related fields.
