Key requirements: • Banking experience in SFDC LOS (Edu., 2W, Used CAR, Agri Loan & Loan against gold). This should include demonstrable experience working with technology, as the candidate must be comfortable discussing issues and challenging requirements within a technology team. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and must be able to interface with Director/Vice president level project sponsors and stakeholders. • Demonstrable Business Requirements and Detailed Specification documentation skills; ideally with a proven track record of successful project implementation, from initiation to completion • Experience of the whole project life cycle and the ability to operate in the initial conceptual design phase, in the depths of testing phases and all other stages. • Previous exposure to governance, control and risk management. The candidate will be able to have a strong impact, influence key decisions and effectively lead and work across teams at all levels. The candidate will also have experience in complete Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process and be capable of facilitating meetings. • A methodical and diligent approach, with good attention to detail. Demonstrable experience in managing delivery of regulatory projects, incorporating IT change is a must. Understanding of technical business analysis is also a requirement, as the role will involve performing detailed analysis activities, in addition to the Project . Interact with Customer Product and Business Teams and gather requirements. Review of BRD & user stories, Creation of Requirement Traceability matrix, Creation and validation of test scenarios during test design. Validation of test executions Should have good understanding on BRDs, Requirement Documents. Enable testing team(TL) with testing coverage to be designed and executed. Work with Customer Test Manager and provide joint governance. Candidate worked in agile project shall be a good fit.
