Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive Intern to join our team in Jhansi. The ideal candidate will assist in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to strategic initiatives. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in the real estate industry and an opportunity to develop key skills in sales, marketing, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential clients and market segments for business expansion.

- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.

- Assist in creating marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to attract new clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.

- Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to promote company services and foster partnerships.

- Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance, market analysis, and business development activities.

Qualifications:

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
