The ideal candidate will initiate, generate and engage with prospective customers on the product offerings and services. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.

  • Who can apply: Male / Female
  • Years of Experience: 1 -7 yrs (max) in sales or direct sales
  • Experience: Sales, Direct Sales (B2C / B2B)
  • Remuneration range: 3 – 4.5 lacs / annum plus incentive

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing direct sale activity (Field Sales) at the prospects site.
  • Lead Generation
  • End to End Sales Management - Generation of leads through Cold calling (Open Market),
  • Managing - Prospect appointments, meetings and closure of sales
  • Effective delivery of the sales presentations at the prospects at his location.
  • Handling the direct meetings, exhibition sales, web leads etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years’ prior industry related business development experience (in Insurance products, Hospitality / Hotel package program sales, Automobile Sales, Banking product sales, Real Estate sales)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
