Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ludhiana. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, preparing and delivering presentations to clients, negotiating contracts, and managing projects. The Business Development Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, product development, and operations, to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the building and interiors industry
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, negotiate contracts, and manage projects
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proactive, innovative, and results-oriented mindset
