Role Overview: As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Nidhivan Restaurant, you will be entrusted with the strategic leadership and management of all aspects of the brand’s expansion efforts. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will have the autonomy to shape the future trajectory of the company, drive revenue growth, and uphold our commitment to culinary excellence and customer satisfaction. This role requires aJob dynamic and results-driven individual with a proven track record of success in the hospitality industry, strong business acumen, and exceptional leadership skills. You must also be prepared to build the brand from scratch and navigate the unique challenges associated with establishing a new presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to establish and expand the Nidhivan Restaurant brand domestically and internationally, starting from the ground up. This will involve building brand awareness, establishing a loyal customer base, and creating a distinct identity in the marketplace.

2. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential restaurant locations, partnerships, and franchise agreements, aligning with the company’s growth objectives and brand values. Be prepared to face the challenges of building brand recognition in new markets and overcoming initial barriers to entry.

3. Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, development, and execution of expansion projects, ensuring alignment with brand standards, operational excellence, and financial targets. Be proactive in addressing unforeseen challenges and adapting strategies as needed to achieve success.

4. Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement within the organization, driving initiatives to enhance the customer experience, streamline operations, and optimize profitability. Be adaptable and open to exploring unconventional approaches to brand building and customer engagement.

5. Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, landlords, vendors, and regulatory authorities, to support the company’s growth initiatives and mitigate risk. Be prepared to navigate the complexities of building relationships in new markets and cultural contexts.

6. Oversee the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, with a focus on maximizing revenue, controlling costs, and achieving profitability targets. Be resourceful and innovative in managing financial resources and allocating capital effectively to support brand-building efforts.

7. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the management team and staff members, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. Be proactive in building a strong team that is equipped to tackle the challenges of brand building and expansion.

8. Represent the Nidhivan brand in external forums, industry events, and media engagements, serving as a spokesperson and ambassador for the company’s mission, values, and vision. Be prepared to articulate a compelling narrative about the brand’s journey and value proposition to stakeholders and the public.

9. Monitor and assess market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive dynamics, and adapt the company’s strategies and offerings accordingly to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace. Be agile and responsive to changes in the external environment and willing to pivot strategies as needed to stay ahead of the competition.

10. Uphold the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and corporate governance in all aspects of the business, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards. Be committed to building a brand that is trusted and respected by customers, employees, and stakeholders alike.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹132,982.50 per month
