Position : Chapter Director
Based at : Noida
Chapter : Delhi
Function : Global Lifestyle Committee & Global Business Committee
Reporting to : Functional Head / CMD

Responsibility
  • Identifying Top brands, Consultants, Speakers, Authors, Top C-suite Individuals, Industry Eminent personalities & Business owners from professional network platforms or social media such as Linkedin, CEO hangouts etc
  • Invite eminent personalities from their respective domain to be part DLC as an “Honorary Committee Member”(HCM)
  • Present, Explain about DLC & the Global Committee for their respective domains to the prospect HCM’s.
  • Verify all new HCMs being onboarded as per DLC standard & criteria
  • Manage all the onboarded HCM’s for Delhi Chapter for Microsite contents, Video testimonials, IP videos, virtual Interviews
  • Manage & groom the team of community coordinator, community manager, production team, brand collaboration & membership manager
  • Leading the brand collaboration tie-up with partners across all the committees for business & lifestyle
  • Leading the tie-up for sponsorship or YouTurn events & global summit
  • Plan & execution of shoot calendar with HCM’s for content & handling team of DOP, Videographer & Editor
  • Plan & execute HCM’s engagement greeting calendar & communication via WhatsApp or other electronic communication media.
  • Responsible for the achievement of P&L statement for the Delhi Chapter
  • To lead the sales function for the membership, verify & onboard paid members as per the target
  • To devise the advertising & promotional activities including PR management for the Delhi chapter

Job Expectations:

You must have
7+ years of experience in relevant exposure managing profit centre or similar role in media or chapter handling.
5+ years of experience managing & dealing with C-suite in any of the domain expertise.
Proven track record of creating high-level vision and defining a path to achieve that vision.
Experience managing competing priorities and using metrics to drive business decisions.
Prior history of driving cross-functional projects across categories or another department.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
Ability to conceptualize and execute projects, with a strong bias for action and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use data to develop and measure campaign performance.
Demonstrated relentlessly high standards and attention to detail.
Strong business writing skills.

Minimum Qualification:

Master’s degree in business administration or related field

7 - 10 Years
