Pal Frozen Foods was Established in the year 2013. We are a manufacturer,

supplier & exporter of frozen food products. The Company Offers freshly frozen carrot,

green peas, sweet corn, mix vegetables, cauliflower, broccoli, peaches, potato, bitter

gourd, strawberries, soya chaap and green beans and many more products.

Location: Haldwani, Uttarakhand, India

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

- Leading the development of the company’s short- and long-term strategy including new product.

- Overall responsible to plan & run all the Unit activities like Production, Procurement, Planning, Tendering, Sales and other Unit related activities.

- Creating and implementing the organization’s vision and mission.

- Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments (domestic & overseas), etc.

- Assessing risks to the company and ensuring they are monitored and minimized.

- Setting strategic goals and making sure they are measurable and describable.

- Acts as a strategic partner on the leadership team and works closely with the team to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.

- Works collaboratively to develop products and improve Sales, systems, processes, controls and procedures that improve the overall efficiency of the firm and insure excellent customer service.

- Leads and develop a team across multiple locations and over various functions.

- To maintain relationship in Govt. sector and as well as in Pvt. Sector i.e., reputed dealers, stakeholders & renowned companies.

Education & Experience :

• Minimum of 15 years management experience.
• Master’s in Business, Marketing or a related field required.
• Must have experience in FMCG Industry.
• Must have experience in Food Processing Units.
• Must have Good written and verbal Communication Skills.
• Must be hardworking, trustworthy and reliable.
• Demonstrated strategic leadership ability.
• Time Management and People Management Skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Would be helping the company to set up a prestigious brand and state of the art manufacturing processes.
