Dear Candidate,

Responsibilities:

1. Planning, management and control of engineering and technical activities within the framework of the technical building equipment.

2. Management of objects with complex task allocation in all relevant specialist areas of the technical building equipment. with management and technical responsibilities.

3. Knowledge on Electrical equipment’s into Daily use and Maintenance.

4. Preparation of maintenance concepts, improvement proposals as well as
substance evaluations for the related maintenance

5. Supervision of all part of facilities like technical and server
room, meeting areas, conference areas etc

6. Independent processing of the order specifications under
consideration of the Contract/Budget specifications and the respective
authority regulations.

7. Responsible for the overall efficient operation of all plant infrastructures, including, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC,DG Sets, Access control, Fire and Security Alarm systems,UPS,CSS,STP,RO-UF plant and all essential supporting equipment.

8. Operation and Monitoring of HT and LT panels

9. Capacity planning / Material planning

10. Ensuring the recording, evaluation of data, Technical and organizational management of the property

11. Independent process planning for the maintenance actions.
