Provide leadership and coordination of company Human Resource functions. Develop and implement corporate Human Resource strategy and programs. Responsible for HR, IR and administration for the entire organization.

  • Undertake full responsibility of recruitment process across all region and develop good sources for managerial, skilled and unskilled. Develop induction program for new employees.
  • Managing employee grievances.
  • Conduct Performance appraisal for mid level, and senior managers
  • Able to understand our work culture/ business need and design programs for retention, and work closely with operations managers.
  • Increment policies: Develop industry specific increment policies with in the limitation of the company. Team up with the operation head to develop reward and recognition system. Assume full responsibility of tracking work plan(KRA) of managers and develop review system for the same.
  • Identify good talent and manage the career growth.
  • Handling Payroll functions implement changes.
