We are looking for professionals to take charge of our expansion plans in various cities and to participate in the digital revolution.

He/She must be comfortable in a completely hands-on- environment, able to solve problems, passionate about being aggressive, can take charge with ownership and can thrive in a dynamic startup environment.

He/She is expected to handle a team of ASMs, BDLs and on-field specialists (FSEs) who on-board merchants on our platform and guide them to use it.

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for building a team of motivated and performing Individuals.
  • Set up operations in the assigned area to onboard and manage Merchant Network..
  • Recruit and Train Field force to effectively manage onboarding and operations.
  • Initiate creative Merchant acquisition strategies and execute on ground.
  • Responsible for achieving Sales and Revenue Targets.

Sales & Operations:


  • Achieve targets of onboarding merchants via Agent Channel.
  • Manage the assigned city/area to maximise Merchant Onboarding.
  • Ensure quality of Merchant Onboarding by maintaining category and segment mix for balanced penetration
  • Achieve targets for Renewal of Merchant Accounts.
  • Engage, Motivate and Retain Agents, ASMs, BDLs through regular meets and market working.
  • Conduct refresher training for the Team on a regular basis.
