Roles and Responsibilities

- To Ensure copy of Factory license, Abstract & Notices are valid and displayed

- Ensure all the applicable registers under Factory Act are maintained and available.

- Any Non-compliance at the site; should be brought into notice of site manager/factory manager through email.

- To handle New License application, Renewal/Amendment of Factory License on behalf of the client

- Obtained Licence copy to be shared with the client and back-office for records

- Handle Inspection & Notice on behalf of the client and ensure closure of same without further consequences

- To ensure the On-time submission of half yearly/annual returns under applicable Act

- Registration of workmen and issuance of ID Card on the day of joining


Desired Candidate Profile

- Working Knowledge on Factory Act, CLRA Act, and other related labor laws

- Exposure of preparing various MIS, reports in Excel and PowerPoint presentations

- Very good command over spoken English
