Job Description:

As a Content Marketing Specialist at Webzenia, you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions for our clients across various digital platforms. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to understand their goals, target audience, and industry trends to create compelling content that resonates with their audience and aligns with their brand voice.

Daily Tasks:

Content Creation: Write high-quality, engaging content for blogs, social media posts, website copy, email newsletters, and other digital platforms. Ensure content is grammatically correct, SEO-optimized, and aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.

• SEO Optimization: Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and techniques to ensure content is optimized for search engines. Conduct keyword research, optimize meta tags, and incorporate SEO best practices into content creation process.

• Digital Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with digital marketing team to develop content strategies for various marketing campaigns. Create content calendars, brainstorm creative ideas, and execute content plans to support campaign objectives.

• Canva Poster Creation: Design visually appealing posters using Canva for social media platforms. Write catchy captions that complement the visuals and drive engagement.

• Hashtag Research: Conduct thorough research to identify relevant hashtags for social media posts. Keep track of trending hashtags and incorporate them into content where appropriate.

• Client Communication: Communicate regularly with clients to understand their content needs, provide updates on content progress, and gather feedback. Maintain a professional and collaborative relationship with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Quality Assurance: Have a keen eye for detail to review and proofread content before publishing. Ensure content meets quality standards and adheres to client specifications.

• Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively. Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in content creation and digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong command of English grammar and syntax.
• Proficiency in SEO best practices and understanding of content optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar graphic design tools for creating visual content.
• Ability to conduct hashtag research and stay updated on social media trends.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fast learner with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills and technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
