Job Description

Ensure analysis of credit proposals for all lines of businesses cases in the assigned area as per the approved policies
Maintain a healthy portfolio for all businesses with minimum delinquency as per the company norms with the defined TAT and improve understanding of credit policies with each case and periodic inputs from Area/Regional/Zonal Credit Heads to ensure future delegation of underwriting responsibilities
Ensure accuracy of all information shared by sales team to make necessary changes in records if any
Ensure all proposals shared to ACM/RCH/ZCH are as per defined process and within credit parameters as defined in the SBFC credit policy o Review all customer proposals in the area to ensure all documentation is done properly and entire legal and customer evaluation process has been followed.
Take necessary actions in cases where deviations are found to ensure total compliance
Drive portfolio quality for the area within acceptable threshold ( delinquency + bounce

Qualifications And Technical Skills

CA/ MBA in finance
Possess wide knowledge of accounting and financial policies and procedures Overall and Specific Experience
Ensure Periodic review with Area/Regional/Zonal Credit Head on conducting PDs to ensure quality of underwriting is maintained as customer base increases and customer demographics changes
Provide observations in reports to be shared with the ACM/Regional and Zonal Credit Heads Ensure a check on Fraud control, proactively highlight fraud cases, mitigate factors which might affect creditworthiness of a customer to reduce risk, ensure fraud checks are performed in credit process to deliver NIL fraud in the assigned area
Analyze present portfolio behavior and progress reports on an ongoing basis, highlight key risk issues and health of portfolio to ACM/RCM and ZCH.
Highlight observations on the health of the portfolio at the area level to Zonal Credit Head and Business counterpart and develop mitigation plans to control risks
Vendor Management: Periodic review meeting with all vendors to communicate inputs from the team, and other recommendations for process improvements Ensure communication as per policy
