Key responsibilities:

This resource must be doing the below mentioned activities on a day to day basis.
Upon receiving the Digital work order.
1)Contact customer to inform about the entitlement
2) Communicate the pre-requisites
3) Answer queries of customer
4) Supporting customer for gateway installation & configuration
5) Support in configuring network parameters on Equipment network card
6) Support in discovering the device on gateway
7) Establish communication to Cloud
8) Validate EAA status for all entitled equipment
9) Welcome email to customer

Maintain reports and participate in the weekly review meetings

Ideal Candidate must have

Work Experience
  • Worked in reputed companies in India / East Asia /MEA in a role which involves regular customer interactions
  • Should be able to present a new concept to customer and explain the benefits
  • Influence customer to connect his entitled assets to SE cloud platform
  • Should know the working principles of IT /IT infra equipment
  • Should have hands on experience in configuring and troubleshooting network interfaces used in computer peripherals
  • Should have basic understanding of Cyber security fundamentals
  • Experience in services sales will be an added advantage
  • Experience in working in other countries for a period of more than 3 years in customer services in computers /peripherals /IT infra will be an added advantage

Qualifications

Education
Candidate with minimum of 10+2+2 years of education.
Minimum of 2 years in technical education in electrical, electronic or computer science.
