You have established your people management and leadership ability. Here’s where you take it further by managing your team to design and implement customer service programs, projects and processes, while also directing resources that enable the implementation of tactical business plans and developing solutions that drive continuous improvement.

The person needs to work closely with the extended team, along with Supervisors, to drive employee engagement, positive work environment thorough effective team connect.

The person in the role alsoneeds to work in close collaboration with Partners and Stakeholder in defining, designing and implementing Operational Strategies and drive these strategies along with the Supervisors and Process SMEs.

Should have a strong business acumen, competency of analyzing and acting on financial and operational insights to drive business results (Costs/Revenue/KPI’s).

Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent. >12 years of relevant experience in business operations, process/corporate quality, people management with minimum 5 years experience as a People Manager, Supervisor or Team Lead.

Requires proven skills in leading/managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics with strong knowledge & experience in Customers Services while implementing quality methodologies.

Excellent communication, collaboration, operational excellence skills and capability to develop and deliver on best in class benchmarks. Additional exposure to Project Management and Process Transition methodologies will be preferred. The incumbent should be well versed with working in a global environment (multi-culture, multi- functional & remote environment).
