We mainly provide Fixed Departures and unparalleled expertise in Group Airfares for both domestic and international sectors worldwide."The RoleYour Responsibilities Will Include
  • Understand the travel requirements from prospective clients
  • Responsible for selling international and domestic flight tickets.
  • Create a quote from the portal.
  • Compare the prices and provide the best fare to clients.
  • Issue boarding passes, web check-in.
  • Assist the customers till the flights take off.
  • To build good relationships with clients.
Ideal Profile
  • Should have customer management skills
  • Skills to manage the work with flexibility
  • Soft spoken
  • Good knowledge of computer(mailings, excel, word, internet)
  • Fluent in English and Hindi in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
  • Minimum 2 years experience of customer handling and computer operations.
