About the role:

Lead - Delivery for HR is one of the critical role in the technology team and the person working in this team will be responsible for developing & supporting Oracle Fusion HR platform within the organisation. Candidate is responsible to provide consultation and strategic recommendations by quickly assessing and remediating complex business problems. Lead - Delivery HR will dive head-first into creating or applying innovative solutions and techniques using the Oracle Fusion HR platform.

Responsibility:

  • Leading the HR Technology vertical and responsible for Implementation, Delivery and Execution of technological components.
  • Leading the Oracle Fusion HR team for supporting the day to day activities and executing the Compensation,
  • Absence, Goals Management, Performance processes within cloud for the organization.
  • Developing & Integrating components within Oracle Fusion HR.
  • Working with various stakeholders from Learning project, Recruitment project and others for efficient and timely project delivery. Creating project roadmaps and plans for end to end delivery and integration.
  • Providing guidance & support to teams for developing & supporting Mobile Apps based on ReactJS, React Native, open source platforms.

Experience & Skills

Should be well versed with Oracle Fusion HR platform with Techno-Functional knowledge on - Core HR, Compensation, Talent, Absence Reporting modules and trouble shoot problems for resolution.

• Strong Technical knowledge on Reporting, BIP, Fast Formulas (Compensation, Absence) & Security.

• Preferable experience on exposure towards ORC, Recruitment module, Learning module.

•B.Tech./MCA, BCA in Computer Science or equivalent

• Expereince 4+ Years
