V isitsto customers/ influencersofall segments as perJourneycycleplan and providing leads
o f prospective customersto Sales team. Achieve monthly conversion targetsasper plan
Godowns assessment
Assessmentof damaged cement.
Coordinatingin getting product approvalfrom various Govt depts. / key projects.
Informationon competitors’ activities.
Sending market samplesfor analysis.

- Number of meets as per plan

KRA 3 Complaint redressal (15 %)

- Achieve timely resolution of customer complaints ( 3.5 days)
