Objective

To manage day to day clinical and administrative activities, staff management and attending to services and patient queries in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative

  • Daily facility rounds for ensuring efficient and effective health services
  • Resolving patient’s issues or escalating it to the concerned person.
  • Preparation of report mentioning the observations during the patient rounds.
  • Supervising actively in all patient activities from admission till discharge
  • Ensuring the patients file is maintained properly.
  • Interaction with staff, consultants and patients and resolving their issues
  • Handling of OPD, ICU, ER and Health Checkup departments
  • Manpower handling for ER, Health check-up, ICU and OPD
  • Monitoring and ensuring quality health services
  • Duty allotment and scheduling of MO and staff
  • Sanctioning of leaves and attendance maintenance of staff
  • Attending to all call issues immediately and resolving them on time
  • Imparting NABH training to staff
  • Preparing of quality indicators and projects and submitting to quality department
  • Critical Incident reporting to Quality Head
  • Handling ER administrative work along with RMO.
  • Attending and resolving outstanding and other billing queries
  • Guide PROs for billing process queries.
  • Ensuring optimal utilization of resources and personnel
  • Attending patients after duty hours if required
  • Ensuring training & development programs for clinical staff like on job training, Technician orientation, presentation
  • Responsible for Duty Roaster of MO & PCO.
  • Ensuring drafting of proper discharge summary by MO.
  • Oversee the practice of evidence-based medicine, safety initiatives, quality assurance, Improve clinical performance and implementation of NABH standards in medical staff.
  • Assisting DYMS

Coordination

  • Coordinating for ambulance pickups and drops
  • Checking of OT clearance and shifting patients to ward/ICU after surgery as per occupancy availability

· Coordinating with biomedical department regarding machinery breakdown issues in other departments

· Managing and coordinating for the occupancy as per the severity of patient condition

· Coordinating in packaging of treatments in Cath-lab

Data Maintenance

· Maintaining data regarding data of patients consulted in OPD, Cath-lab procedures, ER register

· Preparation of departmental review on a monthly basis

Salary: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
