One of our client which is into Skin Care Products is looking for :

Sr. Manager- Digital Marketing

Job Responsibilities: -

· Creating a holistic digital marketing plan for the organisation along with the budget and online business forecasting.

· Create content plan and strategy for generating online demand by exploring all the social and digital media for the selected brands

· Evaluation of all the campaigns, course correction and improving the performance and business.

· Team management, evaluating team’s performance vis-à-vis the projects being handled by them.

· Influencer Marketing – Connect, negotiate, collaborate with beauty influencers and be responsible to generate business through influencer marketing.

· Community management through the team - Managing all social media forums of all the brands and company with regular posts and engagement campaigns.

· Work along with creative team to setup social media content

· Have a target-based plan on all the promotions during festive seasons

· Develop and run paid and unpaid social media (FB, Instagram, YouTube and, etc) advertisements/campaigns e.g., PPC, like campaigns etc.

· Hands-on or willing to learn about E-commerce platforms as Amazon, Purple, Mantra, Flipkart etc.

· Manage research studies that yield rich insights into consumer online behaviour and key motivational/attitudinal behaviour. Finding the relevant keywords, most searched words in the category and daily hits etc.

· Search engine optimization

· Provide campaign performance reporting and analysis like CTR, Conversion rate etc

· Providing insights on the market updates

Mandatory Experience: -

1. Min 6 years of experience in digital marketing role.

2. Min 2 Years of experience in skin care/Beauty/Cosmetic industry. The experience should be recent i.e. either currently working or having worked in this industry not more than a year back.

3. Min 1 year of experience in influencer marketing collaborating with beauty influencers.

4. Min 2 years of team handling experience.

Other Mandatory Requirements: - Having thorough knowledge and work experience for:

5. All types of paid campaigns on google, social media channels, market places (i.e. ads on Amazon, Flipkart etc) etc.

6. Influencer Marketing

7. Community management & SMO

Preferred but non mandatory requirements:

1. SEO,

2. Having worked on or having good knowledge of E-commerce knowledge.

3. Having experience of influencer marketing in beauty/skin-care/cosmetic for UK/European market.

4. Affiliate marketing

Educational Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree and proven experience within content & digital marketing

Salary : Negotiable.
