What will Your role be ?

  • As part of our Software Application Development team you will be involved in challenging and exciting projects, supporting the team in the creation of outstanding enterprise solutions used by major pharma and life sciences customers.
  • Estimating, Designing, Developing, Planning and implementing software modules and features.
  • Creating new & innovative methods to improve the code / applications. Resolve technical issues through Debugging, Research and Investigation.
  • Work closely with stake holders on real-time production issues.
  • Mentor and guide fellow junior Engineers, help in hiring and building the team.
  • Work closely with a geographically distributed team.
  • Manage Training/Knowledge Building activities for the team.


Your Key success factors..

  • B. S / M.S in Computer Sciences or a related discipline from premier institutions with good academic track records.
  • Good Understanding of Computer science fundamentals, Algorithms, OOPS, OOAD, Data structures, Multi-Threading & Design patterns.
  • 8 - 12 Yrs of hands on experience, in software development using Core Java & Web Technologies
  • Development & deployment of desktop/web Applications. Good knowledge of Client – Server Architectures.
  • Knowledge of RDBMS like Oracle.
  • Experience in Waterfall / Agile – Scrum, SDLC Model.
  • Strong Problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot applications & environment issues.
  • Adaptability, ability to learn faster, Independent, responsible and diligent.
  • Good team spirit and interpersonal skills, Excellent Written, Verbal, communication skills, Analytical skills & Business Thinking.
