The company is 50 years old and has a history of indigenously developing technology to compete and win over major multinational competitors. In fact, in few products it is only the third company in the world to have developed the required technology.

Duties and responsibilities

• To implement, support & carry out application functional testing for ERP.

• To create documented proposals, Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Change Requests, User Guides.

• To serve as the interface between user and technical teams throughout the development life cycle and thereafter.

• Responsible for end to end Implementation & support, converting business requirements into technical specifications as well as maintenance-based work.

• Reviews of deliverables as per Standards.

• Module wise integration testing on local as well as on Server to enhanced system and performance evaluation with the current system & provides training to users.

• Monitoring the development and testing for the proper flow.

• Look after the training to the user & make the status report of it weekly for management.

• Troubleshoot & Installation of the ERP system on user’s PC & also looks after to update the latest version of the software.

• Work as a communication channel between the ERP Provider Company & users

• Maintain the defect tracking reports for the management.

• Handle all the modules like Admin, Masters, Purchase, Stores, Production, QC,Sales, Job work Modules.

• Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in BCS / B.Tech with good academics and gone through direct the direct graduation course.

• Should have experience in Manufacturing Industry

• Experienced in functional design, process improvisation, knowledge management & training.

• Experience in Gap Analysis, Testing and Deployment of Various requirements.

• Functional testing methodologies in ERP products.

• Experience in Quality Assurance testing of software.

• Should be a good team player with excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Goal and result oriented.

• Good in documenting various analysis documents

• Performed UAT on all assigned projects.

• Visualizing the big picture during requirement gathering and assisting in creating pages, transactions, documents, reports and dashboards.

• Advanced skills in basic software programming besides using MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.

Location : At Factory at Electronic Zone, Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Remuneration :CTC 5.0 lacs per annum. The company offers a strong career growth path for talented and driven executives.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
