Roles & Responsibilities

· Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel appointments, or obtain details of complaints.

· Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.

· Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels

· Build client & domain knowledge to be able to deliver a resolution on the first conversation

· Ensure adherence to Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) like Customer Satisfaction, Service Level, Handle time & Customer Effort

· Maintain Internal & Client level delivery quality on calls, chats & email conversations

· Execute issue /query resolution and ensure proper documentation & follow-up

· Identify, share and support operational improvements

· Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests.

· Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

· Ability to listen and active problem solving skills.

· Good interpersonal skills.

· Ability to handle pressure.

· Analyze the existing customers and follow up with them

· Coordinate with the team and report the status.

· Proficiency with computers, social media, especially w ith CRM software, and good typing skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.

· Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.

· Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.

· Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.

· Step in the absence of Unit Coordinator and run the clinic.
