About the Role:

As a Figma UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in crafting delightful user experiences for our digital products and platforms. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, translate requirements into intuitive design solutions, and iterate based on user feedback. Your expertise in Figma and UI/UX design principles will be essential in creating visually appealing and highly functional interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.

- Develop user flows, personas, and design specifications to guide the development process.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.

- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field preferred.
