Job Purpose:

The Head HR Advanced Material will be responsible for aligning human resources strategies with the overall business objectives of the organization in consultation from CFI BHR. The role involves collaborating with senior leadership to drive HR initiatives, foster a positive work culture, and ensure the effective management of the human capital within the company.

Key Result Areas

Strategic HR Planning

1.Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support and drive business success.

2.Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices.

Talent Acquisition and Management

1.Lead and oversee the talent acquisition process to attract and retain high-caliber professionals.

2.Implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

3.Develop talent management strategies to identify and nurture key talents within the organization.

Employee Relations

1.Act as a trusted advisor to management, providing guidance on employee relations matters and conflict resolution.

2.Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, employee engagement initiatives, and feedback mechanisms.

Company culture and employee experience champion

1.Provide advice and suggestions for culture-related initiatives, such as cultural transformation

2.Implement HRM interventions on employee wellness, diversity and inclusion, or talent management

3.Working together with management and personnel to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and decrease unwanted turnover

Performance Management

1.Implement performance management systems to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.

2.Provide coaching and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and setting performance goals.

Learning and Development

1.Identify training and development needs across the organization and implement programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

2.Collaborate with external training providers and develop in-house training programs.

HR Metrics and Reporting

1.Establish key HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

2.Provide regular reports to senior management on HR-related metrics and trends.

Compliance and Legal

1.Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations applicable to the industry.

2.Stay abreast of changes in legislation and proactively address potential legal issues.
