  • Prepare the marketing plan , organizing and implementation
  • Ensure the plan covers meeting of all important customers dealers and cover all wholesale activities
  • Responsible for brand building, liaising with agencies, production of in house promotional materials and publications and organizing promotional activities
  • Understanding market and customer, Preparation of brand planmarketing and sales
  • Ensuring brand profitability.
  • Keep up to date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement.
  • Accountability for Brands performance & working closely with sales team
  • Execution of trade and promotional activities
  • Analysis current performance, trends, market conditions, and other contributing factors to help and build brands and revenue goals in entire marketing operations
  • Conducts analysis and periodical reviews of the brand, competitive, category, customer and consumer trends to enhance the brands equity and market place performances
  • Analyse consumer, category, competition, and channel customer as part of a situation assessment and conduct monthly reviews
  • Send the consolidated report to reporting authority on time. Ensure it contain area, total business done, percentage of their target v s performances executive wise deviations including inventory status like critical items and non availability of materials both in retails as well as marketing etc …
  • Submit the weekly or monthly sales report as and when the company required.
  • To keep the communication open to reporting authorities and inform in advance before initiating changes in and around marketing operation
  • Handling the customer complaints and maintain a profitable relationship with them
