Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with all concerned departments for operation related matters.
  • Work on Cost Control in Kitchen for F&B department including banquet.
  • Take proper briefing of team members based on their level of post.
  • Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards.
  • Supervise kitchen & operational staff’s activities.
  • Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs.
  • Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
  • Perform administrative duties
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
  • Reporting GM / MD.
  • He should have driving license.
  • Salary: Best to industry as per the experience.

  • Communication and leadership skills
  • Creating and implementing a operational plan
  • Meeting operational goals by monitoring progress in staff
  • Presentation skills
  • Capable of delegating multiple tasks
  • Management and leadership skills

  • Mentoring and coaching operational staff
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Kitchen / F&B Department.
  • Proven track record of positive operational performance
  • Preferable from Raipur / Bilaspur / Bhilai
  • Candidates with Chef Background will be preferred
  • Should have experience in Cost Controlling for F&B Department including Banquets.
