Profile summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and agile professional who is self motivated, action oriented and results driven. Decisive and confident, and can see the big picture and deep dive into execution to ensure brilliant delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders on strategic initiatives to support growth and business transformation.
  • Play a role of advisor to the business when it comes to people strategy and decisions.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly HR reports related to employee joinings and exits. Share the monthly dashboard with business.
  • Understand the company policies and resolve employee queries related to the same.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, foster a positive work environment, and promote a culture of transparency. Also, drive an action plan from different connects.
  • Collaborate with the various COEs to manage the employee lifecycle at various stages
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, workforce planning, disciplinary actions).
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Own and run various people initiatives from planning to execution
  • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner, fostering a culture of open communication and trust.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

  • Graduate with relevant experience of 4-6 years as an HR generalist in a mid-size company.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and, performance management etc.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of the business and industry trends that one works in.
  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Should be adept at using Excel sheets and skilled and proven work experience in data management, analytics and dashboarding.
  • Good verbal, written communication skills and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to develop relationships and partnerships (internal and external) at all levels of the organization.
  • Detail orientation and eye to cut through the clutter and make sense and define/refine the process.
