Roles and Responsibilities
· Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department.
· Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements. Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees.
· Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts, records, and reports.
· Preparing all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the Process.
· Communicating and explaining the organization’s HR policies to the employees
· Organizing inductions and training for new employees.
· Conduct exit formalities & Exit Interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
· Drive and oversee all employee relations initiatives within the organization.
· Handling the Payroll
· Verifying and approving the reimbursement request of the Employee.
· Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
· Managing the sales CRM and aligning the sales team and Director as per the same.
· Arrange travel and accommodations for guests. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
