Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Puducherry. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, managing and overseeing the recruitment and hiring process, managing employee relations, training, and development, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or related fields
  • At least 1 years of experience as an HR manager or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor laws
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems, and other HR-related software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information
  • Experience in working with a diverse group of employees
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SPHR, PHR) is a plus
