The opportunity

The Technical Writer within the Identity & Access Management domain will be responsible to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our Services. You will join a team of security professionals who are working collaboratively to develop/offer services for protecting the highly privileged accounts and their associated credentials. The technical writer will work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the services and the documentation requirements in order to produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience. You should be able to write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides. You will also be responsible for creating tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, write and edit operational procedures and manuals
• Research, develop and document technical design specifications
• Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
• Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content
• Manage updates and revisions to technical literature

• Ability to recognize and research the documentation needs.
• Ability to categorize the documents for making them easy to search.
• Ability to deliver documentation on time with highest quality content.
• Evaluate and supervise technical deficiencies and provide guidance to management related to improvement of existing policies, procedures, documentation and review processes.
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving.
• Communicates critical areas of risk because of obsoleted information to the team and manager on a timely basis, consulting where appropriate.
• Can quickly understand fast- moving situations, rapidly understands the context of different situations and responds to new challenges and demands effectively.

To qualify for the role you must have

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Any of the stream.
  
  

Experience:

• Proven experience working in a technical writing position
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
• Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking
• Experience in Knowledge Management is a plus.
