Responsible for interfacing with customers, sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. Responds to and /or provides assistance to internal customers and Agilent trade customers in areas such as product order fulfillment processes, customer service requests, product changes or returns, application assistance, accounts receivable collections, contract issues/administration or lease administration. In a factory environment, order fulfillment activities may include managing direct factory orders, monitoring inventories, coordination of delivery of factory products. Evaluates customer service assignments and determines actions required Customer service tasks involve analysis and new/customized approaches Solves complex administrative and technical problems requiring breadth/depth of customer service knowledge

Collections Provides administrative support in the collections process. Resolves, collects, and manages past due accounts and outstanding invoices. Monitors processes and the effectiveness of business controls and recommends improvements. Ensures proper control, recording and classification of transactions. Uses accounting and financial systems and tools to input data, generate reports, conduct specialized research projects and respond to inquiries. Interfaces with sales support, customer service and accounts receivable to reconcile accounts.

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to directly interface with external Customers as well as internal departments.
  • Customer contact: 80% Voice and email communication with the customer required.
  • Required to work closely with Sales & Order management team to resolve customer queries
  • Fair knowledge of Dispute resolution & Reduction management
  • Daily follow-up on pending cases to maximise conervsions
  • Micro level daily tracking of accounts/leads along with account level review

  • Requires Bachelor Degree or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Typically minimum of 5 years relevant experience for entry to this level.

    Requires extensive knowledge and skills to complete specialized tasks.
