Provides pre-sales and/or post-sales consulting to benefit Agilent customers in areas such as product/service order fulfillment processes, customer service requests such as end-to-end order status management, repair /calibration requests, product changes or returns, accounts receivable collections, invoicing requirements, contract issues/administration or lease administration. Manages and coordinates the end-to-end customer experience (from order to installation) by applying broad knowledge of customer situations, company processes, local laws, financial requirements, and international compliance requirements related to customer sales contracts and product shipment. Resolves customer service issues for complex, multi-country or multi-regional accounts. Acts as a liaison between customers and appropriate internal organizations such as sales, manufacturing, logistics and service delivery to resolve customer inquiries. Influences changes to production and/or shipping schedules and price changes. May identify and follow up on business opportunities. May be responsible for project management of country, regional or multi-country projects.
  • As an ICB Intermediate for India Instrument individual need to Liaison with Customer, Channel Partner & all Internal Partners (Sales, C&C, Tax, CSO, GSCC) to ensure all information is available to warranty accurate booking of orders and revenue in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Provide guidance to the team to perform daily operations such as Creating Quotes, Activating Service * * * Orders and Resolving queries from Customers and Internal Departments
  • Ensure integrity in driving operations by accurately reflecting operational performance to management through use of metrics and dashboards
  • Induce a culture of innovation and identify ways to improve process efficiencies by simplification of work
  • Ability to take tactical decisions in alignment with company directions and business priorities
  • Ability to help team in processing transactions as per requirement.
  • Participation in Global as well as Local Projects. Lead initiatives /improvement ideas
  • Projects -Testing and SOP creation
  • Works on customer service assignments with broadly defined objectives
  • Solves issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization
  • Partner management
  • Supports the Team as Subject Matter expert – with adequate floor support and Training to be delivered along with core job.
  • Sharing and maintaining trackers with regular publishing of Key metrics (Delivery block, SNI, ACX etc.) dashboard.
  • Handling process escalations with RCA/CAPA
  • Identify process gaps and conduct knowledge/calibration sessions.
  • Driving COPC and ISO requirements
  • Generate continuous process improvement ideas
  • SOX Audit
Critical Skills Or Knowledge Required To Perform The Job
  • Revenue and Tax: Ability to understand revenue recognition policies, various taxes applicable.
  • Communication and Liaising: Ability to effectively engage and communicate with End Customers, Channel Partners and Inter Department.
  • Customer orientation: Positive attributes of listening to customers’ needs & handling customer queries on a real time basis as a first call resolution
  • Display analytical skills to be able to identify process improvement planning.
SAP (ECC/CRM) Platform or similar ERP exposure to effectively perform the job

Order management: Up and downstream understanding of order management value chain – from Quotation to Cash.
  • Reporting: Analyzing and publishing Business Control Reports to management.
  • Partner management and collaboration with other functions
  • Reviewing the critical Orders & escalations to mitigate the process/business risks.
  • Identify Cross functional project for process simplification.
Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree.

Typically 10+ years’ relevant experience for entry to this level.

Requires general proficiency with tools, systems and procedures to accomplish job.
