We have exciting opportunities in Bengaluru to join our existing team of professional associates in the immigration division.

Responsibilities

Supporting the Legal Immigration Team during daily operations.

Petition drafting and completing all immigration documents for UK.

Docketing the immigration related documents to the case management tool.

Performing routine tasks including data entry with accuracy.

Preparation of visa approval packages for clients.

Collaborate with attorneys to determine optimal immigration strategy and prepare immigration petitions from start-to-finish for UK.

Requirements

Drafting UK immigration applications for more than 3 years

UK Immigration Visas (FEDERAL and PNP programs)

Ability to draft and handle Work Visa (LMIA and LMIA Exempt), PR, Family Visa applications for UK

Experience in working on Express Entry process

Knowledge and experience in full cycle process for temporary and permanent immigration applications.

Experience in online forms.
