Job Summary:

The Instrumentation Engineer (Trainee) will develop Designing, Installation and Commissioning of the Instruments related to Industrial Automation.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
· Monitor the Equipment’s Running Performance.

· Find Errors/Fault and troubleshoot the Problems.

· Selection of Equipment according to applications.

· Provide support to the other employees politely.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· The various field equipment like all types of flow meters, valves, level transmitters, load cell systems, networking and communication, panel wiring troubleshooting with the help of drawings & instrument manuals.

· Good exposure in Maintenance and Repair of instruments based on PLC & SCADA system, SQL, and network communication.

· Sound Knowledge of various sensors used for temperature, pressure, position control, read switch, photo sensor etc.

· Experience in load cell, pressure transmitter - Calibration, replacement and troubleshooting, etc.

· Sound Knowledge of I/O Control Wiring and Circuit and drawing reading.

· Should have exposure in project Erection, Commissioning related Instrumentation activities.

· Should have experience in PLC programming, VFD configuration, validation of systems, servo drive, AC-DC drives of different make, PM, BM activities in machines troubleshooting of all instruments as mentioned, etc.

· Electrical Utility maintenance is preferable for candidates.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

· Ability to create, implements, and monitor budgets.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
· B.tech/B.E in EIE/ECE/EEE/EE from recognized Technical Board/ Institute with not less than 65% marks.

Internship fee:
· Unpaid/Free Internship.
Duration: Six Months Full Time.

Contract length: 6 months
