Job Description:

· Handling Domestic staffing

· Well versed with hiring portals like Naukri, Monster and other Social Media Platforms.

· Good knowledge of technologies for IT Hiring.

· Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs

· Screening resumes

· Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates

· Administering appropriate company assessments

· Coordinating interviews with the clients and hiring managers

· Following up on the interview process status

· Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process

· Completing timely reports on employment activity.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
