Job purpose:

To handle End to End Recruitment activities across IT Staffing Contract Hiring (C2H)

Job Description:

ü To handle End to End Recruitment activities

ü To source & attract candidates against given JD

ü To develop & update JD as required

ü Prepare Job Postings & Job Advertisement

ü To screen resumes & Job applications

ü To submit suitable profiles against the given JD

ü Coordinate with Candidates for Interview

ü Collect relevant documents of shortlisted candidates

ü Coordinate with the client for offer

ü Negotiate with candidates on CTC & Date of Joining

ü Follow-up with candidates for joining

Handhold candidates post joining

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
