IT Support Engineer

To provide first-level support on Desktop & Network. (Raipur)

Job tasks & responsibilities:

• Installation, maintenance and attending day-to-day user problem calls
• Installation and updating of Desktop operating system and other software
• Install, Configure & maintain e-mail clients.
• Troubleshoot & Resolve Operating System issues.
• Troubleshoot & Resolve any client level application.
• Testing of computers and ensuring that computer systems are functioning properly.
• Physical setting up of computers and software system installation for various computer applications and programs.
• Support on windows networking (wired and wireless)
• File and printer sharing services.
• Client level Antivirus and troubleshooting
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of printers, scanner and peripheral devices.
• Daily monitoring of devices such as printers etc as per checklists.
• Cybersecurity Applications.
• Knowledge of LAN / WAN Network Technologies.
• Network system (Wi-Fi and Wired both) includes installation/configuration/testing/troubleshooting of all the active/passive components.
• Handle high-pressure work situations when working with customers from different backgrounds.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to network connectivity, performance, and devices.
• Monitor network performance and identify areas of improvement.
• Configure, install and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and network appliances.
• Assist in the development and implementation of network security policies and procedures to ensure the organization’s network security is robust and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with other IT teams, including applications development and security teams, to ensure seamless integration of network infrastructure with other systems and applications.
• A good understanding and operational experience with the following protocols and technologies is a requirement.

Experience: 1-3 years min experience is mandatory.

Qualification: Graduation/Diploma is a must.
