Roles and Responsibilities

  • Strong knowledge of Import / Export banking,
  • Strong understanding of all LC clauses.
  • Liaising with the banks for speedy Submission/negotiation of documents post Import/Export, and answering queries on discrepancies, etc.
  • Arrange all the required documentation according to the terms of shipment. (LC, Sight draft or MTT/TT remittance etc.)
  • Preparation of BRC
  • Liasioning of FEMA
  • Person should have strong knowledge of DGFT department related rules and regulations and experience in working with DGFT
  • Import & Export Operation, Banking Matters.
  • Export-Import documentation including preparing documents for pre and post shipments & trade banking.
  • Preparation of MS OD and stock statement for Bank Limit.
  • Handling and Liasioning for working capital.
  • Sound knowledge on ERP, Bussy , MIS
  • To be in constant coordination with all relevant internal and bank stakeholders about operational aspects of the various payments.


Desired Candidate Profile


International Banking/Trade Finance & Forex specialist.

Letter of credit specialist Export/Import. MBA in International Business.

Thorough knowledge of Import/Export banking

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization and with banks for speedy Submission/negotiation of documents post Import/Export.

Strong interpersonal skills, a team player and able to work with all levels of management
