Elevate is recruiting a Junior PMO (Project Management Analyst) to be a part of our PMO team. As a Junior PMO, you will be required to perform analysis on critical project data ensuring timely triggers and alerts related to project health. You will be expected to prepare project reports, dashboards and maintain project database along with your constant support in all PMO activities. This role demands quality of work with positive attitude in handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Specifically, you will

  • Gather data about project progress and producing reports for further analysis and alerts.
  • Assist in executing project audits and maintain project database with the relevant information.
  • Coordinate with cross functional units with Elevate.
  • Support in project management tools and software for generating and analysing reports.
  • Check and maintain status of milestones and deliverables across the projects.
  • Support in project forecast, Invoicing, productivity tracking and resource deployment.
  • Provide centralized support for managing changes and tracking risks and issues.
  • Assist in initial set up of projects / vendors as a part of Onboarding process.
  • Handle complex tasks and able to adapt quickly to learn new things.

  • Organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple project activities and competing work demands.
  • Analytical skills and Aptitude is a must.
  • Positive interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain cooperative, courteous working relationships with others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should be results oriented, self-motivated, and accountable.
  • Knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint is a must.
  • Must be a smart worker with pleasing personality.

Qualifications

  • MBA/Masters degree in Computers or Business Administration.
