We have an opening for Junior Shop Manager-VPI & Capex Projects position for 3-5 years of experience for Jamshedpur Location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Techno commercial discussion with supplier for projects execution.
  • Capital procurement & projects execution in manufacturing setup.
  • Project handling, process engineering, industrial engineering, line balancing, line capacity calculation, VSM, cycle time study, process capability study and analysis.
  • Cost estimation, commercial, capex budget preparation tracking, capital assets management, plant process layout, process flow diagram, PFMEA, PFD, Process Graphics
  • Production/Operations handling on shop floor
  • Interactions with stake holders & teams on shop floor
  • Managing teams of associates on shop floor
  • Knowledge about quality analysis tools (7QC Tools)
  • Knowledge about process capability and line capacity
  • Knowledge about project executions on shop floor
  • Exposure in manufacturing of engine components & engine assembly, Process Planning, Projects Execution, FMEA, PFD, Control Plan, Process Graphics & Documentation, Manufacturing Engineering

    • Education: Diploma Mechanical/ Industrial Engg/ Automobile
