Responsibilities

Key Deliverables
  • Development of Vehicle level DVP for Structural, Functional, Climatic, Accelerated durability testing of Vehicles
  • Durability testing validation for Complete vehicle systems on proving grounds, RWUP, environmental testing
  • Vehicle Test driving Subjective assessment
  • Duty cycle Test circuits development , Correlation establishment
  • Knowledge of system life, service interval evaluation in durabiltiy - Tire, Brakes, engine oil, air filter, etc
  • Planning, budgetting, monitoring control of test instrumentation, resources; Revenue, Capex
  • Test planning,test case preparation,Result analysis Reporting
  • Representation of function in various project team meetings
  • Participation in various development activites.
  • Test/ field failure analysis PDCA cycle development.
  • Training and mentoring of team members
  • Development of new test procedures and SOP’s
Experience

10-16 years

Industry Preferred

Automotive OEM

Qualifications

BE/B.Tech - Mechanical/Automobile
