About the Role

Leverage Edu is an AI-enabled marketplace that helps school students, university students, and working professionals with University Applications, General Career Guidance and Training for Language proficiency exams.

As part of the Test prep team, we are looking for an individual who can ensure that students can crack the exam with a good band score and reach a step closer to their study abroad dream. If you are someone who has an understanding of the IELTS process, has excellent written and verbal communication skills, can function in a fast-paced environment, can work under tight deadlines, then this is for you. *What you will do

  • Will be responsible for preparing and delivering the lessons for all modules of IELTS to the learners.
  • Will help students enhance their abilities and ensure that they can get high band scores.
  • They ensure that the students are provided with enough opportunity to develop all the four essential skills and furnish them with the study materials for the same.
  • Conducting demos along with marking and providing feedback as and when required
  • Assist with any other tasks that may be assigned to you within the scope of your work

*What you will need

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Arts and Humanities, preferably in English or a related subject
  • 1+ years of experience in successfully delivering all the four modules of IELTS
  • Knowledge of the other Language proficiency tests such as TOEFL/PTE/Duolingo
  • Experience with online learning/teaching
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and such)
  • Ability to work well in a team and a start-up environment
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines and short TATs (turnaround times)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
