Roles and Responsibilities

As a BDEs/BDMs for sales team your main responsibility will be to drive the business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy in areas of Corporate Training Sales, Affiliate management and institutional sales.

BDE/BDM duties and responsibilities

  • Find prospects and leads. (Affiliate, Institutional and Corporates)
  • Engage Affiliates for admissions
  • Learn details about our products and services.
  • Explain how our solutions align with their requirements.
  • Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant.
  • Follow up with good prospects.
  • Consult with seniors and marketing team to ensure the efficiency.
  • Track and monitor your work, by maintaining weekly reports and sharing the same with you respective managers.
  • Prepare and present reports when needed.
  • Attend sales educational events and seminars.
  • Report to management team

Desired Candidate Profile

  • The candidate should be from the education / Ed Tech Sector.
  • This job will involve travelling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill
